Don't you like the goods you ordered from us? No problem!

Of course you can within of 14 days after receipt of the goods without any information of Send it back to us for any reason and you will of course receive your money back. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.

Sealed products cannot be exchanged because, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, they are not suitable for return if their seal has been removed. Even products that have already been “tried out” cannot be refunded and must be destroyed.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.

To return your goods to us, please fill out this form Cancellation form from or to make it easier for us our Return form and enclose the form with your return. This means your return can be processed more quickly when it arrives at our warehouse.

Important: Please note that when returning, you can only include the products in one order. It is not possible to return multiple orders with one return. 

Consequences of revocation (according to Article 246a § 1 paragraph 2 sentence 2 BGB):
Of course, after the goods have been returned and checked, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price immediately. For this payment we use the payment method that you used when placing your order. You are responsible for the direct return costs for your return shipment. If you would like a new delivery/exchange, please order the item again online.
